Our reception team comprises Jane Songhurst, Karen McQuillen, Sue Hill and Isabelle Bouvier: The receptionists are responsible for all appointment scheduling and will answer all phone calls and receive all patient queries. They will arrange District Nurse visits when requested. They book hospital transport for eligible patients (criteria are set and strictly applied by NHS England, not the practice staff). It is important that all patients arriving at the surgery report to reception first.
