Repill_bottlepeat Prescriptions

If you and your doctor decide that you may obtain repeat prescriptions for long term medication, you will be given a repeat prescription request list. Please tick the items you need and bring /post /fax the list to the surgery. Requests cannot be accepted over the telephone.

You can also leave the list with the village chemist who collects new prescriptions from the surgery once a day, and delivers request slips to us. If you do not have a repeat list, please request repeat prescriptions in writing to save possible errors and to avoid blocking telephone lines.

Requests may be handed to the receptionist, placed in the repeat prescription post box in the surgery (behind the front door, in the hallway), or posted through the main letter box.

Please allow 48 hours to supply a repeat prescription, and 2 working days to collect your medicines from the chemist. So please order in good time. Medicines can be collected at any time that the practice is open.

If you wish we can post prescriptions (but not medicines) to you, but we would ask you to supply a SAE with your request.

On-line We now use systmonline for ordering repeat prescriptions online. Before you can use this service please visit reception to register for this service and advise them where you would like to collect your prescriptions from.  Proof of ID will be required, and a letter of consent if you are wishing to register a family member or friend for this service.

If you have already registered and wish to login, please click the "order your prescription on-line" tab above.
